GrayRock specializes in lending to experienced fix-and-flip operators in the state of Arkansas. To qualify for funding you must have prior experience with multiple fix-and-flip projects.
Fees
1.5% of loan amount, minimum of $1,500 for origination fees and flat rate transaction fees
LTV and LTC
LTV and LTC are project specific depending on operator experience, scope of project, and experience level of borrower
Closings
We can close in as little as five business days, pending an appraisal, clear title work, and proof of insurance.
